It’s hard to put into words what an incredible journey it’s been, and how much our hearts swell with gratitude as we look back. The memories we've created at Axes & Eats wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing people who stood by us every step of the way. We want to take a moment to publicly recognize and thank our phenomenal staff — a true family to us. Some of them were with us from day one, and that says it all. They didn’t just work with us, they shared in our vision, our laughter, our challenges, and our growth.

Alec, Drew, Gabby, Haley, Kaylee, and Vince — these six were there at the very beginning, and they shaped this place into what it became. Then there’s Gio, who we couldn’t help but steal away to Strings — and we’re so grateful he’s still with us. Alongside them, we’ve had others who came and went, but still found their way back when we needed them most, like Destiny and Taylor, who always showed up to lend a hand no matter what.

The bond we’ve shared with all of you is something we’ll never forget. We’ve had so many laughs, so many late nights, and so many moments where we just stood back in awe of what we created together. We’re incredibly proud of how far each and every one of you has come. Gabby and Vince, you grew in ways we never could have imagined and stepped into leadership roles with such grace and confidence. Alec, when you first walked through the door, we weren’t sure if you’d make it — but to watch you grow into the person you are today has been a true privilege. Kaylee, you stepped up in ways we never expected and you showed us all what it means to rise to the occasion. Haley and Drew, watching you both grow and master the art of being incredible servers has been nothing short of amazing. You’ve learned so much and taken on challenges with a smile, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Life without all of you in it every day will be a different one, but we’ll always carry these moments in our hearts. Thank you for being part of our story, for being family, and for making this ride so unforgettable. We love each of you more than words can express.
